When I began creating the Radiant Rebirth Program, my goal was simple yet profound: to design a framework that reflected my own transformation while being straightforward and accessible for other women to replicate in their own lives. I wanted something comprehensive—a guide that would provide not just healing, but a pathway to true radiance.
The four pillars of this program represent a midlife woman in her most natural, vibrant state. If you're here, seeking support, it may be because something in your life has knocked you out of that state. Maybe it was a single life-altering event. Maybe it was a slow accumulation of stressors, responsibilities, and shifting identities. Whatever brought you here, you are not alone.
What Is a Radiant Rebirth?
A Radiant Rebirth happens when a woman gives herself permission to be number one in her own life—to reclaim her energy, desires, and identity without guilt or hesitation. It is not about becoming someone new, but about returning home to yourself. This is your birthright.
Yet, so often, we find ourselves disconnected from this natural state. Why?
The Resistance That Holds Us Back
Resistance shows up in many forms—self-doubt, limiting beliefs, societal conditioning, or even exhaustion from years of tending to others while neglecting ourselves. One of the core goals of this program is to clear that resistance and release the beliefs that are holding you back.
For me, resistance came in the form of my own perfect storm—a convergence of life’s upheavals that left me untethered. Perimenopause. Losing my father. My children leaving home. Changing family dynamics. And then, my husband deciding to choose a life without me.
Maybe your storm looks different. Perhaps you’re navigating the stress of caring for aging parents, facing an unfulfilling career, or standing at the edge of an uncertain new chapter. Whatever your circumstances, I see you. I’ve been there.
For a long time, I suffered alone. When I finally sought support, I found scattered pieces—bits of wisdom here, a healing modality there—but nothing that brought it all together. I started asking myself:
"What if I could combine the most impactful tools I had found? What if I could offer a comprehensive, holistic approach that provides not just resilience, but radiance? What if I could create something that allows women to not just survive, but to truly thrive?"
From Resilience to Radiance
I had already pulled myself out of struggle—I had built resilience. But I wasn’t satisfied with just feeling okay. I wanted more. I wanted joy. I wanted to embody the energy of queens, goddesses, and Miss Universe. I wanted to embrace my femininity in a way that was powerful, not subservient.
And so, the Radiant Rebirth program was born. (Pun absolutely intended!)
Last summer, I celebrated my mother’s 90th birthday—a beautiful milestone that made me stop and reflect. If I’m lucky, I have another 30 years ahead of me. The question hit me like lightning:
"What do I want my third act to look like?"
That moment solidified my commitment—to myself and to the women I serve. I decided to live intentionally, unapologetically, and in alignment with my deepest values.
Reclaiming Your Power
One belief I often hear from women is:"I can’t regulate my emotions. They are out of my control."
I understand that helplessness. I lived in that belief for years. But looking back, I now ask myself:
"If I wasn’t controlling my emotions… who was? And why did I blindly accept their authority?"
That thought alone reveals how much power I had unknowingly given away. And I know I’m not alone. Many of us move through life on autopilot, carrying subconscious beliefs that limit us and interfere with our access to our natural radiance. This program is about disrupting those patterns. It’s about reclaiming what was never meant to be given away in the first place.
The Four Pillars of Radiant Rebirth
I’ve structured this program around four essential pillars. While they are presented in a logical sequence, this is not a rigid, linear process. You will find yourself returning to different pillars at different times, deepening your understanding and integration as you evolve.
Each pillar plays a vital role in your transformation. And everything begins with the foundation—the first pillar:
Inner Peace.
Let’s start there.
Inner Peace: the Foundation of Radiance
Inner peace is not just a state of being—it is the foundation for everything else. It is the gateway to clarity, intuition, and self-trust. It allows you to access your true radiance, guiding you toward an inspired identity and a life that feels deeply aligned. Before you can move forward with purpose, you must first quiet your mind, create spaciousness within, and make room for answers to rise naturally.
At its core, inner peace is about presence—the ability to exist in the moment without being consumed by past regrets or future anxieties. A simple concept, but the recipe for inner peace has many ingredients: a dash of courage, a pinch of acceptance, a heaping tablespoon of forgiveness, and a generous splash of meditation. Each of these elements helps to calm the mental noise and create a more harmonious inner world.
One of the biggest obstacles to inner peace is mental clutter—particularly the endless loop of ruminating thoughts. Many of us spend enormous amounts of energy replaying past conversations or rehearsing future ones. These imagined dialogues drain our emotional reserves and keep us stuck in cycles of stress and overanalysis. A crucial step toward inner peace is learning to interrupt these loops—acknowledging when they arise, releasing them, and redirecting your focus to the present.
Another key component is your body budget—how well you care for yourself physically. Your ability to maintain inner peace is directly tied to how well-rested, nourished, and balanced you feel. When you are depleted, even small challenges can feel overwhelming. When you are well-fed, well-rested, and centered, you are less likely to take things personally and more capable of responding to life with ease and resilience.
Just as important as quieting the mind is shifting the heart into a state of openness. One of the most powerful ways to do this is by choosing curiosity over judgment. When something—or someone—triggers you, take a deep breath and pause. Instead of reacting with frustration or assumption, lean into curiosity. Ask yourself: What else might be going on here? What unspoken pain or misunderstanding could be driving this situation? The more you embrace curiosity, the less mental space is taken up by resentment or conflict.
For me, one of the greatest breakthroughs in cultivating inner peace was the practice of forgiveness. The more time I devoted to forgiving—not just others but also myself—the more spacious my mind became. It was as if peace seeped in through the cracks left by letting go. My personal practice revolves around Ho’oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian healing prayer. Its simplicity is its genius. Standing in front of an altar, surrounded by objects that hold deep meaning, I allow myself to become fully present. I step into my heart space, embracing vulnerability. From this place, I acknowledge the wounds, feel deep compassion—for myself and for those who have hurt me—and, finally, release the resentment. Forgiveness is not about condoning harm; it is about freeing yourself from the weight of carrying it.
Ultimately, inner peace is not a destination—it is a practice. It is cultivated moment by moment, choice by choice. And as you deepen this practice, you will find that clarity comes effortlessly, intuition strengthens, and life flows with greater ease. In a clutter-free mind, peace is not just accessible—it becomes your natural state.

The Super Power of Intuition
Intuition is the quiet knowing that guides us when logic falls short. It’s that inner voice, that gut feeling, that unshakable sense of certainty that often defies explanation. But in a world that prioritizes reason, strategy, and external validation, intuition is frequently ignored, dismissed, or drowned out by noise. This pillar is about reclaiming that wisdom—learning to recognize, trust, and act on the signals that come from within.
Many of us have been conditioned to second-guess ourselves. We seek opinions, overanalyze, or hesitate, fearing we’ll make the wrong choice. But intuition doesn’t work like that. It doesn’t come with a pros-and-cons list or require hours of deliberation. It’s instant, deeply felt, and often subtle—a whisper rather than a shout. And when we learn to listen, it can be one of the most powerful tools we possess.
So how do we strengthen this internal guidance system? The first step is awareness. Think back to a time when you knew something before you had the facts to back it up—when you sensed an opportunity before it materialized, felt a warning before there was evidence, or recognized the right decision deep in your bones. These moments aren’t coincidences; they’re proof that your intuition has always been with you.
Next, we must clear space to hear it. Intuition thrives in stillness. It speaks in the pauses, in the quiet moments when we stop overthinking and simply tune in. Whether through meditation, journaling, time in nature, or simply practicing presence in daily life, creating moments of stillness allows our inner knowing to rise to the surface.
Another essential element is trust—and that means acting on your intuition, even when it feels risky or illogical. Intuition strengthens through use, like a muscle. The more you follow it, the clearer it becomes. That doesn’t mean every intuitive hit will immediately lead to perfect results, but over time, you’ll begin to see a pattern: your gut instincts were right all along.
Finally, intuition is a gateway to alignment. When you trust your inner knowing, you stop making decisions based on fear, pressure, or external expectations. You begin to live in integrity with your true self. Relationships improve because you recognize when connections feel right (or when they don’t). Opportunities arise because you sense what aligns with your highest path. Life begins to unfold with more ease, synchronicities, and flow because you’re no longer resisting what is meant for you.
The more you embrace your intuition, the more deeply you trust yourself. And when you trust yourself, you move through life with clarity, confidence, and an unshakable sense of inner peace.

This is where you awaken dormant desires, throw yourself into pursuing them, and watch as magic unfolds. The goal is to dig deep and unearth the longings that truly matter to you—those that align with your core values. Perhaps there were passions that once felt uniquely yours but have been buried beneath responsibilities and obligations, even forgotten. I want you to remember them. And I want you to expand them—adding new desires that fit the vision of the life you’re creating. Then, leverage them by allowing them to seep into every area of your life, transforming it in ways you never imagined.
A great starting point is identifying areas of dissatisfaction. What do you often find yourself complaining about? In relationship coaching, we learned that a complaint is simply an unexpressed desire. If you’re frustrated with your salary, it may signal a longing to be valued and compensated more generously. If you feel overwhelmed by your schedule, you might be craving more freedom. If you resent shouldering the bulk of household responsibilities, perhaps you yearn for more balance and support.
We live in a world consumed by obligations—what must be done, what we should be doing, and what others expect of us. Personal desires often get buried beneath these demands, pushed to the bottom of the list—if we even allow ourselves to acknowledge them at all. I like to picture my longings as existing far from my mind, buried deep in my feet, hidden beneath layers of responsibilities and expectations. This process is about peeling back those layers, unearthing what truly excites you. It’s like reaching into the depths of a Christmas stocking to find a hidden treasure—something precious that was always there, just waiting to be rediscovered.
And that’s why permission is so important. Give yourself permission to create a list of desires that feels completely unrealistic. Maybe your passions lie in creative self-expression, bringing people together, or embarking on bold new adventures. The key is to strip away obligation, expectation, and the voice in your head telling you what you should be doing. Keep digging until you feel that spark—that unmistakable pull toward something that lights you up.
The most important step? Commitment. Once you recognize a longing, take action—no matter how small—to bring it to life. Buy the materials. Book the plane ticket. Send the résumés. Create a writing schedule. Set up meetings with publishers. Go on as many dates as possible. Tour potential homes. Whatever your dream may be, put yourself in the right place at the right time to make it happen.
When you take the time to unearth your deepest longings and turn them into inspired action, something incredible happens. You’ll feel more alive, more energized, and more connected than ever before. You’ll forge deeper relationships, discover new places, and experience life in a way you never have before. And perhaps most exciting of all? You’ll find yourself doing things you once thought were impossible.

By identifying the gap between your current self and your ideal self, you can create a plan to bridge it—your Brilliance Blueprint. Even a small shift in how you balance your various identities can create profound change.
With the heightened self-awareness you’ve cultivated throughout this journey, it's essential to be completely honest with yourself. Are there aspects of your identity that no longer serve you? Have you outgrown certain roles yet still devote significant time to them? Acknowledging these truths allows you to realign with who you are becoming.
By now, you are clear on your core values, which provide a sense of inner security. You have cultivated deep self-trust and move through life with grace. You’ve released the weight of external expectations and stepped fully onto the path of your authentic desires. When you gain clarity on the version of yourself that feels most aligned, you will naturally understand your place in the world.
When my husband asked for a divorce, my identity as a wife vanished in an instant. It was a shocking and disorienting experience, one I know many can relate to. That role had been such a defining part of me that its sudden absence left a void I felt pressured to fill. Though I had activities I enjoyed on my own, I needed something deeper—something meaningful—to redefine my sense of self. I chose to give myself time to explore, and what naturally emerged to fill that space was my spiritual practice.
If you have fully integrated the lessons from the other pillars, then you are already a queen of inner peace. You embody the wisdom of the goddesses, making confident, aligned decisions. The magic of leveraging your longings has already elevated every area of your life.
