Inner peace is truly the foundation for the other three pillars; by identifying your core values and committing to living in alignment with them, you can find inner peace and access your true radiance.

Intuition allows you to trust yourself and make confident decisions; when you deepen your sensitivity to messages from your higher self, you free yourself from the expectations of others and stop basing your life vision on someone else's blueprint.
Longings
Leveraging your longings happens when you dig deep and unearth those desires that have been shoved down beneath other responsibilities and obligations, even forgotten; you can remember them and add new ones that align with the vision you are creating, then leverage them by charting a way forward into your third act.

As I approach 60, I look back on the transformative journey that has brought me to this powerful moment in my life. Divorce, an empty nest, the loss of a parent - marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. While these milestones could have felt like loss, I’ve come to realize that they were the stepping stones to my own reinvention. Through resilience, self-discovery, and a deep commitment to healing, I’ve not only overcome the challenges life threw my way, but I’ve emerged stronger, more confident, and more aligned with my true self. Today, I’m living a life of purpose, joy, and freedom—ready to embrace whatever comes next. The best version of me is here, and I’m excited to share this journey of growth and transformation with others.
